- Collaborate with the Sales Manager to set sales targets and business strategies, ensuring proper execution and continuous follow-up. Analyze sales performance, competitors, and market trends to develop effective sales plans.- Develop product proposals for existing clients and actively explore new customer bases within the assigned territories.- Continuously enhance product and market knowledge to improve sales effectiveness.- Build strong communication and maintain close coordination with both existing and potential clients to support sustainable sales growth.- Work proactively with medical professionals (hospitals, doctors, nurses) to identify new business opportunities. Support quotation preparation, follow up with clients, and manage assigned areas efficiently.- Present and promote disposable medical products and surgical drapes to healthcare professionals in both public and private hospitals.- Build and maintain strong relationships with doctors, nurses, and other hospital personnel.- Coordinate with the marketing and internal teams to support sales and promotional activities.- Prepare regular sales and market reports for Regional or Area Managers.
