Key Responsibilities- Be responsible for acquiring new customers 100% of the time in order to create new business opportunities and generate new revenue for the company- Plan and execute New Business Development activities targeting logistics, warehousing, 3PL, Freight Forwarding, and Supply Chain Solutions customers- Research, identify, and approach new markets, high-value accounts, and potential business partners- Build and manage their own Sales Pipeline from Lead Generation, Prospecting, Customer Approach, Solution Proposal, Negotiation, through to Closing- Drive revenue growth and achieve assigned sales targets- Develop sales plans, customer approach strategies, and new customer expansion plans- Develop sales strategies, pricing structures, costing schemes, and negotiate contracts to ensure commercial viability and profitability- Analyze customer needs and propose suitable Logistics Solutions for each customer’s business- Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure smooth service proposal and project implementation for new customers- Coordinate directly with Warehouse Managers, Transportation Teams, and Customer Service Teams to ensure that proposed solutions align with actual operational capabilities- Support business planning, sales forecasting, and strategic business initiatives- Monitor market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities in Thailand’s logistics market- Work as an Individual Contributor with no direct subordinates, while effectively coordinating with related teams to drive sales success
