- Supporting the sales team onside at customer projects based on a request set by sales, approved with the Head of Technical Solution Engineer (TSE) local and aligned Head of TSE of the BU in Asia Pacific- Responsible to evaluate the necessary technical support by project, do the required application test in the local CSC to support the customer and the sales team for qualifying and/or developing the best solution, raising Leap requested if test cannot be done locally in alignment with the region Head of TSE.- Interpretation and validation for test results as well as preparing the suitable presentation on results and proposed next steps for the sales team or to the customer directly.- Communication with customers to gather the necessary technical information for process and application.- Training and qualification of sales teams to develop the required technical sales skills and keep those up to date based on the newest development of the BU and or the market trends.- Training customers by seminars, Tech Days or participation in trade shows to support and develop the company's brand awareness and a partner for solution design and innovation
