Implement, manage, and lead teams of technicians and production operators to perform their duties effectively, in accordance with company goals and regulations.5. Operate, supervise, and maintain machinery, and prepare maintenance plans to ensure machinery is always ready for use.6. Minimize losses.7. Keep the production area clean and organized at all times.8. Follow up with operators and technicians regarding proper work procedures.9. Initiate measures to prevent product non-conformity.10.
