- Oversee management and deployment policies for HRM, HRD, GA, and ER, including supervision of the HR team's performance.- Manage and review payroll, compensation, benefits, and employee relations to ensure fairness and compliance (Payroll, Welfare & Employee Relations Management).- Manage the employee performance evaluation and performance management systems.- Manage company training and development plans to align with the Department of Skill Development (DSD) and company requirements.- Manage company activities and handle labor union matters and relevant regulations (HR Law Management).- Manage company facility and workplace operations to ensure efficiency, safety, occupational health, and legal compliance.- Assist and support Top Management in any final considerations related to employee issues.- Ensure employee compliance with the Code of Conduct from headquarters.
