  Key Responsibilities:
  - Account Management: Maintain relationships with existing key accounts, follow up with them, and grow business with 7–8 major Japanese companies.
  - Business Development: Identify and approach potential new clients to expand market reach.
  - Small Account Management: Manage a portfolio of small-scale accounts that is sized to be handled comfortably by a single sales professional.
  - Supplier Liaison: Manage day-to-day communications, purchase orders, order placement, and delivery schedules with approximately 7–10 designated suppliers.
  - Import Coordination: Coordinate import logistics and related documentation for products arriving from international hubs, including Shanghai and Singapore.
  - Documentation: Prepare quotations, product specifications, invoices, and other sales and trading documents.
  - Reporting: Prepare regular sales updates and report performance and market trends directly to the Managing Director in Japan.
