Job Responsibilities
• Manage and supervise the team responsible for payroll processing and employee compensation payments.
• Develop annual manpower planning and HR budget; oversee recruitment in line with organizational structure for the operational staff.
• Lead proactive recruitment across multiple channels with clear target profiles.
• Interview and participate in the selection of candidates for managerial-level and above positions.
• Review and manage organizational structure and headcount.
• Develop and improve the payroll system and related programs.
• Accurately process salaries, income, overtime payments, and statutory deductions/taxes through the payroll system.
• Oversee compensation, benefits, and performance-based incentives.
• Oversee the organization’s payroll operations, ensuring salary payments, expenses, and payroll taxes are processed accurately and on time.
Qualifications
Requirement
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Human Resources, Political Science, Accounting, or related fields
• 10+ years of experience in Human Resources, including 5–7 years’ experience in payroll and recruitment for the operational staff
• Experience in team management and development
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel; proficient in Microsoft Word and Microsoft PowerPoint
• Knowledge of payroll accounting, taxation, and relevant labor laws.English Level
