• Job Description

  - Ensure all operations comply with company policies and ISO 9001 quality management system requirements.
  - Consolidate and prepare reports on Opportunity, Order on Hand, and Project on Hand; assign and supervise staff to prepare monthly summary reports.
  - Review and approve sales documentation, including Sales Orders, Work Orders, Return Orders, and Cancellations.
  - Visit customers and support sales representatives in product presentations to strengthen customer confidence and business relationships.
  - Monitor reports and lead monthly meetings with Accounts Receivable, Division Manager, and related departments (e.g., Invoice Issues, Purchasing, R&D, Mock-up coordination).
  - Participate in and conduct monthly meetings with sales and sales support teams regarding sales processes and operational procedures.
  - Monitor and supervise customer visits by all sales teams to ensure sales targets are achieved.
  - Oversee departmental operations to drive continuous improvement, quality enhancement, and operational efficiency.
  - Evaluate performance based on Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual performance reports as scheduled.
  - Establish quarterly team incentive targets (100% achievement) and monthly new customer incentive programs.
  - Monitor and implement corrective actions to reduce sales errors and improve overall departmental performance.
  - Summarize sales activities conducted with Key Accounts and ensure monthly follow-up.
  - Authorized signatory for executing contracts and agreements with customers.
