    【Job Summary】
    As the Head of Sales & Marketing, you will be responsible for maximizing revenue across Salesforce licenses, implementation services, and peripheral IT solutions. You will lead a team currently consisting of one Marketing specialist and several Sales executives. Your primary mission is to drive new business acquisition while acting as a playing manager who carries individual targets and holds ultimate responsibility for the team’s overall success.

    【Key Responsibilities】
    ● Strategic Sales Leadership: Formulate and execute comprehensive sales strategies combining Salesforce licenses, implementation services, and peripheral solutions.
    ● Playing Management: Conduct at least 5 client visits per week to lead and close key deals independently, while simultaneously managing and coaching several sales members.
    ● Marketing Command: Collaborate with the Marketing specialist to ensure the quality and quantity of inbound leads from target segments, optimizing the pipeline from lead generation to closing.
    ● Partnership Management: Maintain and strengthen relationships with Salesforce, other solution vendors, and the Japan HQ to drive collaborative business opportunities.
    ● Documentation & Negotiation: Lead proposal and quotation creation and manage complex client negotiations.

    【Key KPIs】
    ● Revenue Target Achievement: Responsible for achieving both individual and team-wide revenue targets on a quarterly and annual basis (including licenses, services, and peripheral solutions).
    ● Customer Retention (Renewal Rate): Maintain and improve the license contract renewal rate for existing customers across all solutions.
    Marketing & Lead Generation: Ensure the acquisition of a target number
    of high-quality inbound leads (MQLs) from strategic segments.
    ● New Business Growth: Expansion of the number of new customers and the ratio of new business revenue.
    ● Pipeline Management: Maintain a sufficient and high-quality pipeline to achieve targets and improve conversion rates.
    ● Ensuring High Performance of Sales Team: Guarantee that the sales team consistently delivers high-level performance and lead the recruitment and training of members as the organization expands.

Qualifications

  • Requirement

    【Must】
    - Advanced English (English is required for internal communication and presentations)
    - IT Sales Experience: Minimum 5 years (10+ years preferred) of experience in selling SaaS, CRM, ERP, or other business applications.
    - Sales Management Experience: At least 3 years of experience leading a sales team and successfully achieving targets.
