Job Description
-Approach new clients, particularly Japanese companies, through target lists and other channels.
-Maintain relationships with existing clients (Relationship Management) to encourage repeat business.
-Receive client briefs and gain a thorough understanding of their actual needs.
-Analyze and design suitable solutions for clients, such as seminars, PR campaigns, events, and business matching.
-Prepare project proposals and quotations to present/pitch to clients.
-Analyze the overall market and competitors to identify new opportunities, while improving existing services to expand the customer base.
-Perform other related duties as assigned.
Qualifications
Requirement
[Must]
-Bachelor’s degree or higher in Marketing, Business Administration, Japanese Language, or a related field
-Experience in B2B sales, agency work, advertising/media, or event management
-Strong Japanese language skills (JLPT N2 or equivalent will be given special consideration)
-Conversational-level proficiency in English
-Pleasant personality with a passion for sales and service-oriented work
-Strong negotiation and presentation skills
-Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

-Experience working in a Japanese company or having studied in Japan
-Positive mindset with a proactive and solution-oriented attitude
