This role focuses on developing customer relationships, understanding technical requirements, supporting RFQ processes, and ensuring successful conversion of business opportunities with profitability aligned to company targets.A. Customer Management & Technical Support• Build and maintain strong relationships with OEMs, Tier-1, and industrial customers• Act as key contact for customer inquiries, technical discussions, and issue resolution• Understand customer product specifications, applications, and performance requirements• Provide technical consultation on nonwoven materials and solutions• Support product trials, validation, and customer approvalsB.
