  Key Responsibilities
  - Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing customers and key accounts.
  - Focus on new customer acquisition and new business development (80%), while maintaining and developing existing customers (20%).
  - Develop sales strategies to achieve assigned sales targets, revenue, and gross profit objectives.
  - Generate new leads through customer visits, networking, market research, referrals, and other business development activities.
  - Prepare and present quotations and commercial proposals to customers.
  - Follow up on RFQs, quotations, and business opportunities and drive them toward successful conversion.
  - Understand customers’ logistics requirements and provide appropriate Ocean Freight solutions.
  - Coordinate closely with Operations, Customer Service, Pricing, and overseas agents to ensure smooth shipment execution.
  - Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and operational issues professionally and provide effective solutions.
  - Monitor market trends, competitors, freight rates, and customer requirements to identify new business opportunities.
  - Expand business opportunities with existing customers through cross-selling and up-selling.
  - Maintain accurate sales activities, customer information, pipeline, and sales forecasts.
  - Provide regular sales reports and updates to management.
