    - Acquire new customers and maintain relationships with existing clients
    - Present and propose products/services, including preparing quotations
    - Negotiate contracts and handle order processing
    - Develop and execute sales plans to achieve sales targets
    - Collect and analyze market trends and competitor information
    - Respond to customer inquiries and provide after-sales support
    - Prepare and manage sales reports and related data
    - Coordinate with internal departments such as product planning, manufacturing, and logistics
    - Depending on the candidate’s age and experience, responsibilities may also include managing local staff

资格

  • 任职资格

    [Must]
    - Bachelor's degree in Engineer or related field
    - At least 3 years' experience of sales in Soldering Equipment Industry (Such as Electronics Manufacturing Services (EMS) providers / Contract Electronics Manufacturers, Electronic Components Manufacturers, Home Appliance Manufacturers, Automotive Electronics Manufacturers, PCB Manufacturers)
    - Business skill in English or Business level Japanese (Japanese is preferred)
    - Having own car and driver license (Be able to use visiting clients)
