主に日本本社の顧客を担当し、営業・顧客管理・社内調整を行うポジションです。
製造業での法人営業経験を活かし、長期的な顧客関係構築に携わっていただきます。
【業務内容】
・主に日系企業本社(HQ)を中心とした重要顧客の担当およびアカウントマネジメント
・顧客との定期的なコミュニケーションを通じた信頼関係の構築・維持
・商談、契約交渉、顧客からの課題・クレーム対応
・サプライチェーン、エンジニアリング、品質保証、製造部門など社内関係部署と連携し、プロジェクトを円滑に推進
・納期・品質・商業上のリスクを管理しながら、顧客満足度を維持・向上
・顧客と社内関係者との窓口として調整業務を担当
・顧客との関係強化や新たなビジネス機会を創出し、事業拡大に貢献
资格
任职资格
【必須条件】
・タイ語ビジネスレベル以上
・英語日常会話レベル以上
・製造業における営業もしくは営業サポートの経験3年以上
・顧客管理および契約交渉の実務経験がある方
【歓迎条件】
・グローバル企業や多国籍な環境での勤務経験
・製造業のオペレーションや顧客要求に関する理解がある方英文
