    Sales Strategy & Business Development:
    1. Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve sales targets and market share objectives within the automotive battery category.
    2. Identify and pursue new business opportunities with automotive-related customers such as auto parts shops, service centers, distributors, and wholesalers.
    3. Conduct market analysis to monitor industry trends, competitor activities, pricing movements, and customer needs.

    Customer & Partner Management:
    4. Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors, dealers, service centers, and key accounts in the automotive sector.
    5. Deliver product presentations, demonstrations, and basic technical training to customers as required.
    6. Ensure customer satisfaction by providing timely support, addressing issues, and offering solutions that enhance business partnerships.

    Sales Team Leadership:
    7. Lead, supervise, and develop the sales team to achieve KPIs and sales performance targets.
    8. Plan and manage sales coverage, forecasting, and performance reporting on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis.
    9. Participate in the recruitment, selection, and training of sales personnel.
    10. Promote effective communication and collaboration within the team and with other departments to ensure smooth sales operations.

    Administration & Control:
    11. Manage accounts receivables and follow up on collections to ensure compliance with payment terms.
    12. Ensure customer data, sales reports, and related documentation are accurate and regularly updated.

    Market Insights & Continuous Improvement:
    13. Monitor and collect market information on automotive trends, competitors, and technological developments in battery products.
    14. Support and participate in 5S and Kaizen activities in accordance with company standards.
    15. Perform any other tasks or responsibilities assigned by management.

资格

  • 应征条件

    【Must】
    – Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
    – Minimum 5 years of experience in distribution sales.
    – At least 2 years of experience in a supervisory or managerial sales role.
    – Experience in automotive batteries, automotive parts, or related business is strongly preferred.
    – English proficiency: Able to communicate effectively in both written and spoken English (required, as the Managing Director is an expatriate).
    – Proficient in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
