Summaries: Bring in new customers for business Lead sales activities for major customers through direct engagementResponsibilities:- To manage Logistic Sales and Business Development in Air, Ocean, Local Transportation and Warehousing - To deliver presentations towards customers in Local Thailand, Southeast Asia and Australia, and initiate regular business trips for such sales activities- Promote existing customers’ retention, cross selling and upselling- To Build and lead a strong Business Development team, achieve both short-term/ long-term target (monthly/semi-annual revenue & profit performance review)- To Establish supply chain strategy, to ensure that Team grow quickly to become an absolute top tier logistics company- To Lead a team of int’l freight/express sales and cooperate with procurement experts, drive the team to perform and deliver results- To closely monitor trends on rates of Air & Ocean freight and work with procurement experts to secure competitive price and stable space- To Achieve sales target, present the performance in reports and internal regular meetings (weekly/monthly/semi-annually)- To manage/monitor sound Business Opportunity level of all Sales Team in Thailand- To set up Go-To-Market strategy by region and make sure the sales activities go in line with the strategy
