Responsibilities: 1. Operations Strategy & Execution • Develop and execute operational strategies aligned with company growth objectives • Lead day-to-day operations across all branches and support functions • Build scalable operational frameworks to support expansion • Drive operational excellence and execution consistency organization-wide • Monitor branch operational performance and implement corrective actions2. SOP & Operational System Management • Design, standardize, and continuously improve SOPs across all functions • Establish SOP governance framework and operational compliance standards • Ensure all branches execute operations according to standardized workflows • Develop operational manuals, workflows, service protocols, and process documentation • Lead SOP audits and operational quality reviews • Create operational playbooks for new branch openings and business expansion3. Process Improvement & Productivity Optimization • Analyze operational bottlenecks and improve workflow efficiency • Lead continuous improvement initiatives • Implement operational KPIs and dashboard reporting systems • Optimize manpower utilization, scheduling, and operational costs • Improve productivity while maintaining premium service standards4. Customer Experience & Service Excellence • Ensure consistent premium customer experience across all branches • Standardize customer service processes and recovery procedures • Partner with Customer Experience and Marketing teams to improve customer satisfaction • Monitor customer feedback, complaints, and operational service quality5. Quality Assurance & Compliance • Ensure operational compliance with company policies, legal requirements, and industry standards • Establish operational risk management and quality control systems • Partner with HR and Academy teams to ensure operational capability standards • Monitor operational safety, hygiene, and service quality standards6. Leadership & Cross-Functional Collaboration • Lead and develop Operations Managers, Branch Managers, and operational support teams • Foster high-performance culture and operational accountability • Collaborate closely with: o HR o Finance o Marketing o Clinical/Dental teams • Support leadership decision-making through operational insights and analytics

1. Participate with the Board of Directors in developing a vision and strategic plan to guide the organization2. Provide strategic advice and guidance to the CEO and the members of the Board, to keep them aware of developments within the industry and to ensure that the appropriate policies are developed to meet the company's mission and objectives and to comply with all relevant statutory and other regulations3. Define and drive the company's strategic management plan, goals, targets and ensure the suitability of budget plan.4. Provide guidance and ensure effective corporate/business plan for short term and long term. Also, monitor and adjust plan to be in line with the market situation5. Direct, manage, and oversee the efficient and effective day to day operation of the organization to ensure the corporate goals are met.6. Review corporate performance against plan and resolve encountered issues as well as to ensure effectiveness and efficiency and optimum benefits.7. Oversee and manage Production, Maintenance, Safety, Quality Assurance, Quality Control, Supply Chain, Research Development, IT, Sale and Marketing, HR and Administration for its business to ensure the efficiency and compliance with relevant standards and procedures as well as law and regulations.8. Lead, evaluate and initiate business development to drive business growth which is in line with corporate and strategic directionsManage business development activities as well as develop and maintain strategic relationship with business counterparts and external entities globally to ensure smooth business expansion10. Oversee and ensure financial stability and capital management in relation to the company are properly managed as per plan and target11. Oversee feedstock procurement and sales target and plans, make commercial decision as well as ensure proper terms of short term and long term commercial contract/agreement of the company and its alignment with set goals and targets12. Define and manage risk and ensure business continuity and sustainability13. Liase, manage relationship and communication with external parties and key stakeholders e.g. government, local authorities, society, etc., to ensure smooth business operations14. Oversee the appointment, rotating, recruitment, promotion, reward management, staff development, and manpower planning aligned with HR policies and standards.
