【Job Summary】We are looking for an experienced OHS Manager to lead occupational health, safety, and environmental activities for a multinational organization.The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring workplace safety, regulatory compliance, and continuous improvement of safety management systems.- Develop and implement the company’s safety policies, programs, and procedures in alignment with regulatory requirements.- Lead risk assessments, safety audits, and inspections to proactively identify hazards and ensure compliance.- Oversee incident and accident investigations, analyze root causes, and lead corrective action plans.- Act as the primary liaison with regulatory bodies and external auditors during inspections and certification audits (e.g., ISO 45001, ISO 14001).- Oversee training programs and safety awareness campaigns for employees.- Maintain relationships with the community, environmental groups, and other stakeholders impacted by the environmental performance.- Mentor and supervise safety team members, and support daily activities and professional development.
