Join the Asset Management team of a private equity-backed investment group, working closely with portfolio companies to drive business improvement, strengthen governance, and enhance long-term corporate value.This role combines strategic planning and hands-on execution, supporting portfolio companies in business transformation, operational improvement, and investment performance optimization.Key Responsibilities- Support management of portfolio companies together with senior leadership- Develop and execute business improvement plans, growth strategies, and value creation initiatives- Monitor financial and operational performance and identify improvement opportunities- Strengthen governance, internal controls, and management processes across portfolio companies- Prepare business plans, performance reports, and presentations for internal committees and stakeholders- Support board governance and management reporting processes- Participate in portfolio exit planning and execution in collaboration with regional headquarters- Identify and evaluate new investment opportunities through market research and network development
