工作内容

- Form a team of 2‒3 members alongside the Director and participate in the management of portfolio companies- Take responsibility for formulating and executing business plans (including business strategies, action plans to improve the company value, and exit strategies) to maximizeinvestment performance- Submit business plans and provide reporting to the Investment Committee and other relevant bodies- Establish and strengthen internal controls and corporate governance frameworks- Establish and improve financial and operational systems (e.g., verifying the status of balance sheets and income statements)- Verify the establishment and operation of the board of directors and management structure- Execute exits in collaboration with the team at the Japanese headquarters- Identifying new investment opportunities (sourcing) by leveraging networks and other resources gained through asset management operations.
