- Oversee all country operations and take full responsibility for profit, revenue, and target achievement- Oversee the entire ethical drug business, including ophthalmology and cardiovascular pharmaceuticals, as well as the cataract lens business- Develop and execute sales and marketing strategies- Manage and lead the sales team, including performance management- Manage approximately 20 staff members within the sales and marketing departments- Negotiate and build relationships with distributors and other partner companies- Prepare monthly and quarterly business performance reports- Communicate directly with clients to maintain strong and long-term relationships- Take responsibility for regional marketing activities- Define a clear vision, objectives, and strategic direction for the business- Carry out other duties as assigned by the Asia Regional Headquarters (Singapore)
