- Lead and coordinate overall project management for the development of the marketplace e-commerce platform- Work closely with Product, Tech, UI/UX, Operations, and Business teams to align project goals and execution plans- Define project scope, timelines, milestones, and deliverables while ensuring projects stay on track- Monitor project progress, identify risks/issues, and proactively provide solutions or mitigation plans- Facilitate communication between internal teams, management, and external vendors/partners- Support requirement gathering, workflow planning, and process improvement during the platform development phase- Prepare project reports, progress updates, and presentation materials for stakeholders and management- Assist in planning go-to-market readiness and operational setup before platform launch- Adapt project priorities based on business direction and startup environment needs
