  Key Responsibilities :
  1.Project Management & Execution:
  - Coordinate internal resources, clients, and third-party vendors for the flawless execution of software implementation projects (typically lasting around 1 year per project cycle).
  - Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope, and within budget.
  - Developing project scopes and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility.
  - Ensure resource availability, allocation, and project performance tracking using appropriate systems, tools, and techniques.
  - Perform risk management to minimize project risks, manage changes in project scope, schedule, and costs.
  - Conduct and coordinate the User Testing Phase Plan, arranging task schedules with clients and vendors including tracking, reporting, and escalating to keep plans on schedule.
  - Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation.
  
  2. Pre-sales & Client Relationship Management:
  - Lead pre-sales operations, primarily targeting Japanese financial institutions and local enterprises during the initial phase.
  - Conduct client hearings, capture business requirements, and analyze/structure operational challenges through direct communication with key local decision-makers.
  - Support the creation of comprehensive proposal materials and conduct high-impact client presentations.
  - Facilitate business term adjustments, contract negotiations, and ongoing account management.
  
  3. Team & Regional Collaboration:
  - Act as the primary liaison between local clients, multi-national teams, and the technical development team in Japan/China. (Note: Technical SE teams will handle detailed man-hour estimations).
  - Report and escalate critical project issues to management as needed.
