-Coordinate system implementation projects, monitor progress, and ensure timely project delivery.
-Work closely with developers, clients, vendors, and internal teams to support project execution and resolve issues.
-Gather business requirements and translate them into technical requirements.
-Conduct system testing (UAT), verify bug fixes, and prepare testing documents and user manuals.
-Provide system demonstrations, user training, and post-implementation support.
-Deliver first-level IT support, monitor daily system operations, and coordinate incident resolution.
-Support product improvements, system enhancements, and research new technologies to improve operational efficiency.
-Prepare project reports, maintain documentation, and support special projects assigned by management.

【Must】
- Bachelor's Degree in IT, Computer Science, Information Systems, Business IT, Engineering, or related fields.
•-2–5 years of experience in IT Support, System Implementation, Project Coordination, or BA.
- Good command of English (spoken and written).
-• Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
- Basic understanding of APIs, system integration, databases, or digital platforms is an advantage.
-Experience in FinTech, CRM, Loyalty, Payment, or SaaS solutions is an advantage.ความสามารถทางภาษาอังกฤษ
