    I. HR, Administration & General Management (50%)
    - HR & Personnel Affairs: Assist the Country Manager and HR in building the local team. Responsible for maintaining recruitment channels for Thai employees, initial resume screening, and interview scheduling. Handle employee onboarding, offboarding, visa, work permit, and social security enrollment procedures. Assist in organizing internal training and team-building activities, and promote company culture.
    - Administrative & Logistics Management: Responsible for daily operations of the Thailand office, including office environment maintenance, fixed asset management, office supplies procurement. Liaise with external partners such as property management, internet service providers, and HR service vendors.
    - Compliance & Document Management: Assist in organizing and archiving key company contracts, personnel files, and administrative documents. Stay updated on Thailand local labor law developments and help mitigate employment risks.

    II. Chinese-Thai Translation & Cross-Cultural Communication (20%)
    - Business & Meeting Interpretation: Provide accurate interpretation support during communication between the Country Manager and Thai government agencies, partners, clients, or employees (e.g., board meetings, government factory audits, daily meetings).
    - Document Translation: Translate important business emails, contract clauses, official documents, product materials, and internal policies (Chinese ↔ Thai), ensuring accuracy of professional terminology.

    III. Support Country Manager in Business Development (30%)
    - Market Intelligence Gathering: Assist the Country Manager in collecting and organizing information on industry policies, market trends, competitor activities, and potential client leads in Thailand and Southeast Asia, providing basic data for business decisions.
    - Client Engagement & Relationship Management: Accompany the Country Manager to visit key local clients, distributors, or government agencies – responsible for itinerary planning, on-site coordination, and follow-up relationship management. Assist with business entertainment, gift purchasing, and banquet arrangements.
    - Project Follow-up: Help draft simple business correspondence, quotations, or cooperation proposals. Track the progress of BD projects and coordinate between internal resources and external requirements.

    Requirements:
    - Bachelor's degree or above in Human Resources, Administration, Thai Language, Business Management, or related fields.
    - 1–3+ years of relevant work experience in HR/administration/assistant roles in a Chinese-invested company or multinational corporation in Thailand; fresh graduates are also welcome.
    - Proficient in listening, speaking, reading, and writing; Chinese (Mandarin): HSK Level 5 or above, or equivalent fluency.
    - Proficient in Microsoft Office suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
    - Familiarity with procedures of Thailand's BOI (Board of Investment), Ministry of Labor, and Immigration Bureau (preferred).

    Advantages:
    - Proficiency in English (business level or equivalent).
    - Experience providing business or meeting interpretation (Chinese ↔ Thai).
    - Prior involvement with recruitment, onboarding, visa, work-permit, and social security procedures in Thailand.
