คุณสมบัติ
- More than 5 years of experience in Tier 1 automotive parts manufacturing industry.
- At least 3 years of working experience in a Japanese company environment.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a Production Assistant Manager role or higher, including creation of Work Instructions (WI), procedures, check sheets, and process documentation.
