Job Responsibilities :- Production Management: Plan, monitor, and optimize daily production schedules to meet delivery deadlines and volume targets for PCB/PCBA assembly.- Team Leadership & Development: Supervise, mentor, and evaluate a team of 10 direct subordinates and oversee the broader manufacturing workforce of 70 operators/technicians.- Process Improvement: Identify bottlenecks, reduce waste, and implement continuous improvement (Kaizen) initiatives on the SMT and assembly lines.- Quality Assurance: Collaborate with the Quality Control department to minimize defect rates, solve production issues, and maintain high standards of product reliability.- Resource Allocation: Manage workforce shifts, machinery utilization, and material flow to maximize productivity and cost-efficiency.- Reporting: Compile and analyze production data (KPIs, yield rates, downtime) and report directly to the Factory Manager.
