Job Description
- Develop and manage overall IT strategy to support business operations and organizational goals- Oversee IT systems, network infrastructure, servers (including Windows Server), and communication technologies- Ensure stability, security, and scalability of IT infrastructure and systems- Lead IT and information systems planning, development, implementation, and maintenance- Drive digital transformation initiatives and introduce innovative technology solutions- Align IT initiatives with business needs to create added value and improve efficiency- Manage IT-related projects, including scope, timeline, and resource coordination- Lead, coach, and develop the IT team, including performance and task management- Coordinate with internal stakeholders, management, and external vendors- Act as a bridge between technical teams and business units, including regional or global coordination- Other tasks assigned by manager
