- Create and maintain Material Master Data in SAP, including material type, plant, unit of measure, standard price, and other relevant master data fields.- Extend material master data to new plants, company codes, and storage locations when required.- Ensure accuracy, completeness, and consistency of material master data.- Validate material master requests based on:- Standard naming conventions- Material classification rules- Duplicate and similar material checks- Correct unit of measure and conversion- Internal SOP and governance requirements- Conduct data quality checks and identify areas for improvement.- Prepare regular master data reports, data consolidation, and performance monitoring reports.- Support internal and external stakeholders regarding material master data accuracy and traceability.- Act as the key contact person for material master data-related issues.- Coordinate closely with related departments and global teams, including Global Costing, COUPA, and H4 Hana.- Support SAP upgrades, system migration, and master data conversion activities.- Participate in UAT testing for material master data and system changes.- Maintain and update SOPs, work instructions, documentation, and training materials related to master data processes.- Support continuous improvement of master data processes and governance.

• Lead and manage IT operations, ensuring the stability, security, and performance of IT infrastructure, cloud platforms, and business applications• Drive AWS cloud transformation initiatives, including migration from on-premise environments to AWS Cloud infrastructure• Manage and maintain IT infrastructure, including Firewall, VPN, VMware, Veeam Backup, Data Replication, 3CX IP-PBX, and Microsoft 365 Business Premium• Establish and enforce IT governance, security policies, standards, and compliance requirements to ensure business continuity and data protection• Manage and respond to IT service requests in a timely manner while monitoring service quality and SLA performance • Analyze business requirements and collaborate with key users to design and implement effective IT solutions and projects. • Plan, manage, and oversee IT projects, including system upgrades, migrations, implementations, and infrastructure enhancements• Monitor project progress, identify risks, and ensure project milestones and timelines are achieved • Lead, coach, and develop IT team members to strengthen technical capabilities, problem-solving skills, and operational excellence• Manage IT budgets, maintenance agreements, software licensing, and asset management to optimize IT investment • Coordinate with vendors, outsourcing partners, and service providers to ensure service quality and project delivery • Handle incident escalation, crisis management, and business continuity activities to minimize operational impact • Anticipate potential risks, identify improvement opportunities, and implement preventive actions to enhance system reliability• Prepare and present IT operational updates, project status reports, and strategic recommendations to IT Management and Top Management
