(CEO/COO)-Prepare annual tax documents such as withholding tax certificates (50 Bis)-Calculate overtime (OT), commissions, bonuses, other compensation, and tax deduction items-Handle annual tax deduction documentation (L.Y.01)-Verify the accuracy of social security and other related fund information associated with taxation (Social Security Fund / Student Loan Fund – KYS)-Manage expatriate employee taxation and related Visa / Work Permit documentation-Handle Social Security and Workmen’s Compensation Fund documentation (Kor Tor.20 / Kor Tor.26)-Coordinate with the IT department regarding employee email account creation and deactivation for onboarding and offboarding-Procure and prepare computers and required software for employees-Purchase and manage all office supplies-Main responsibilities include managing company events and activities.-Overseeing the use of equipment and software for the Creative team.-Coordinating MacBook, Adobe License, and production equipment.

Department: Human ResourcesSummary: As a vital member of the company’s leadership team, the HR Manager will work closely with the company’s executives and functional leaders to develop and manage the company’s entire HR function. You will assist in developing, implementing and driving solutions for the organization. Responsibilities: 1. HRBP (Human Resources Business Partnering)- Act as a bridge between employees and management- Participate in cross-functional projects- Advise managers on organizational policy matters and recommend necessary changes- Analyze data and reports to identify causes of personnel issues and propose improvements- Build morale and retention, instill company values- Drive culture and inclusion programs- Coordinate and manage employee reward and recognition programs 2.
