Patient Support & Hospital Coordination- Accompany and assist patients throughout their hospital visits, from registration and consultation to payment and discharge procedures.- Provide personalized support and guidance to ensure a smooth and comfortable healthcare experience.- Serve as the primary point of contact for Japanese-speaking patients during their medical appointments.- Coordinate with hospital departments, doctors, nurses, and administrative staff to facilitate efficient patient care.2. Medical Interpretation Services- Provide accurate Japanese-Thai and/or Japanese-English interpretation during medical consultations, examinations, and treatments.- Facilitate clear communication between patients and healthcare professionals regarding medical conditions, treatment plans, and follow-up care.- Offer on-site interpretation support at hospitals and medical facilities as required.- Remain available for standby interpretation services and urgent patient support when necessary.3. Appointment Management & Medical Coordination- Handle medical appointment bookings and scheduling requests.- Arrange consultations with specialist physicians based on patients’ medical needs.- Coordinate referrals, hospital transfers, and second-opinion consultations.- Liaise closely with hospitals, clinics, specialists, and other healthcare institutions to ensure seamless patient care and treatment arrangements.4.
