    -Review and improve work processes and logistics planning systems.
    -Develop logistics strategies.
    -Manage logistics and transportation costs.
    -Prepare budgets and forecasts.
    -Lead, supervise, and motivate the logistics team.
    -Assess and develop team members as needed.
    -Provide expert guidance on transportation, logistics, warehousing, and customs.
    -Report overall logistics performance to the Director

Qualifications

  • Requirement

    -Bachelor’s degree or above in Logistics, Business Administration, or any related field.
    -8-10 years of experience in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Warehouse or Transportation Management.
    -Having experience in trading companies will be an advantage.
    -Having connection with shipping/warehouse companies will be an advantage.
    -Strong leadership, communication, presentation, and problem-solving skills
    -High commitment, initiative, and reliability.
