Major duties- Internal contacts-Be the point of contact for international traders.- International Traders: Provide accurate, valid and complete information and reports, to ensure that traders have enough information to manage their suppliers.- Logistics: Provide information about shipping documents in the purchase contracts.- Finance: Provide the correct and complete documents, and ensure they comply with the pre-payment list- External contacts - Supplie, Send purchase contracts and/or signed sales contracts. Provide information with respect to the purchase contract and payment- Manage purchase contracts, from order entry to delivery, and payment by following the written Back Office workflow process. - Cross-check sales contracts from suppliers (if they send it) to ensure that the terms and conditions are agreed upon by traders.- Monitor "First Issued First Consumed" on the open contracts that contain the same materials. - Cross-check the content in suppliers' invoices (price and materials) that relates to the purchase contract and payment. - Book inventory in Navision within the agreed upon timeline. - Work with other internal departments or suppliers in both the pre-payment and balance payment process to ensure that the right amount will be paid under the agreed and approved conditions to the right supplier at the right time. - Provide accurate, valid, and complete information to traders upon request. - Keep close communication with traders, in order to retain company businesss and ensure that the best sevice is provided. - Immediately notify the line manager when there is any suspection of phishing and/or hacking. - Provide report (s) upon request.- Maintain smooth operations in the Back Office Department by acting as a backup in the absence of the International Back Officer.- Attend Back Office Department meetings.Other Tasks- Responsible for your own health and safety and that of others.- Ensure that environmental damage is always prevented.- Report unsafe and environmentally hazardous situations immediately to your manager.- Ensure you know what to do in the event of an emergency or environmental incident.- Participate in company projects to promote the continuous improvement of Oryx Stainless Thailand.- Report opportunities for improvement in any area to your manager
