  • Job Description

    -Develop and maintain relationships with overseas customers, with a focus on the China market.
    -Identify new business opportunities and expand export sales.
    -Handle customer inquiries and prepare quotations.
    -Coordinate with internal departments (Production, Planning, Logistics, and QA) to ensure on-time delivery.
    -Follow up on customer orders from quotation to shipment.
    -Communicate with customers regarding product specifications, pricing, and delivery schedules.
    -Prepare sales reports, sales forecasts, and market information.
    -Participate in international trade exhibitions and customer visits when required.
    -Maintain strong customer relationships and provide excellent after-sales service.
    -Perform other tasks assigned by the Sales Manager.

Qualifications

  • Requirement

    【Must】
    -Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, International Business, Marketing, Chinese, or related fields.
    -Fresh graduates are welcome.
    -Candidates with experience in Sales, Export Sales, Customer Service, or International Business are preferred.
    -HSK Level 5 or above is required.
    -Good command of Chinese (Mandarin) and English (spoken and written).
    -Good communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
    -Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
    -Able to travel overseas for business trips 2–3 times per year.
