    【Job Responsibility】
    • Coordinate sales activities and support the Sales team in daily operations.
    • Prepare quotations, sales contracts, invoices, and other related documents.
    • Coordinate with customers, suppliers, and internal departments regarding orders and deliveries.
    • Monitor order status and ensure timely shipment and delivery.
    • Handle import/export documentation and communicate with logistics providers when required.
    • Maintain and update sales records, customer information, and related reports.
    • Respond to customer inquiries and provide after-sales support.
    • Perform other tasks assigned by the Manager and GM.

Qualifications

  • Requirement

    【Requirement】
    ・Bachelor's degree in any field
    ・At least 2 years of experience as a sales coordinator in a trading company
    ・Business-level English
    ・Proficient in Microsoft Office

    【Preferred】
    ・Japanese language skills (N3 level)
    ・Experience in the forest products or textile industry is preferred
