  • Job Description

    1. Develop and retain customers by offering customized and strategic solutions to their needs
    2. Search for contracts and potential clients, and expand the customer base
    3. Organize, update, and maintain customer records
    4. Monitor and control the team's daily operations to accomplish assignments successfully
    5. Meet and exceed all sales KPIs as directed by the management team
    6. Monitor and follow up on new customer inquiries, coordinating with other branches, warehouses, and transport as needed
    7. Issue quotations as requested by customers; handle complaints and resolve issues or present solutions to achieve customer satisfaction
    8. Prepare weekly, monthly, and yearly sales activities, profit, and other related reports

Qualifications

  • Requirement

    【Must】
    - Bachelor's degree, preferably in Business Administration or Logistics
    - 3-5 years' experience as a Sales Supervisor in a freight company, preferably in Air Freight
    - Business-level English (written and spoken)
    - Demonstrated negotiation and problem-solving skills

    【Advantage】
    - Knowledge of logistics services such as transportation, freight forwarding, import-export, and warehousing solutions
    - Able to work independently and collaboratively with operations teams
    - Proficient in MS Office
