Job Description
Job Summary:
We are seeking a Heat Pump System Sales Engineer to support the expansion of our industrial heat pump business in Thailand. This role bridges sales and engineering, covering process understanding, heat load calculation, system design, and cost evaluation. The position focuses on total system optimization based on real customer operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform heat load calculation (kW basis) and system design
- Design heat pump systems including piping, tanks, and control
- Understand customer operation (hot/cold water schedule) and analyze process
- Prepare technical proposals and explain solutions to customers
- Evaluate CAPEX and OPEX for system proposals
- Coordinate with internal teams (Thailand, Japan HQ, ASEAN)
Qualifications
Requirement
【Must】
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field
- Experience in thermal systems (boiler, HVAC, refrigeration, or industrial processes)
- Driving license
【Advantage】
- Experience in heat pump systems
- Experience in food, beverage, or manufacturing industry
- English communication skills
- Knowledge of heat calculation and system design
- Having own a carEnglish Level
