  • Job Description

    Key Account Management
    • Act as the primary point of contact for assigned Customer Service Manager - Key Account, maintaining strong client relationships and ensuring prompt responses to operational inquiries and urgent requests.

    Operational Coordination
    • Coordinate closely with internal departments including Operations, Transportation, and Customs teams to ensure smooth daily shipment execution across cross-border trucking services.

    Team Leadership
    • Lead, supervise, and coach the Customer Service team to maintain high service standards and ensure compliance with established Service Level Agreements (SLAs).

    Shipment Monitoring & Issue Resolution
    • Monitor daily shipment status and delivery performance, proactively identifying operational issues and implementing timely solutions to minimize service disruptions.

    Reporting & Performance Analysis
    • Prepare daily operational reports, monthly billing summaries, and performance analyses for management and key customers to support operational transparency and service improvements.

    Process Improvement
    • Identify opportunities to improve operational workflows and support the development of standardized procedures across the regional logistics network.

Qualifications

  • Requirement

    • At least 5 years of experience in logistics or road transportation, including a minimum of 2 years in a supervisory or team leadership role
    • Proven experience coordinating cross-border trucking operations, road transportation processes, and handling international shipping documentation
    • Business-level English (CEFR B2) required; Mandarin proficiency is highly preferred for coordination with China partners

    After probation:
    • OPD reimbursement (Officer level): THB 30,000/year after probation, pro-rated (does not cover dental)

    • Annual salary increment and bonus payout every January. Employment started before 1 October will be eligible. Bonus is not guaranteed and depends on Management's decision. (2025: 1-1.5 months)
