  • Job Description

    1. Define policies and strategic plans for administration
    - Plan administrative strategy to align with the institution's goals and the foundation's policies
    - Define the framework and management standards for the organization across personnel, budget, and operations
    2. Manage and develop internal management systems
    - Establish internal management systems such as administration, finance, procurement, human resources, and information technology to maximize efficiency
    - Promote the use of digital technologies in administration to reduce duplication and increase transparency
    - Develop integrated cross-departmental processes to align with the organization's primary objectives
    3. Manage external coordination
    - Act as the central coordinator with government agencies, foundations, the Ministry of Industry, and the private sector
    - Build and manage relationships with strategic partners to promote the development of the textile industry
    - Drive the development of memoranda of understanding (MOUs) and joint projects with external agencies to expand the institution's scope of work
    4. Manage budget and resources
    - Control, oversee, and administer the institution's budget in accordance with the foundation's regulations and principles of good governance
    - Prepare financial reports and performance reports for submission to the foundation's board and senior management
    - Develop internal control systems to ensure transparent and auditable spending
    5. Manage personnel and organizational development
    - Plan and set HR policies such as recruitment, performance evaluation, development, and compensation
    - Build an organizational culture that promotes collaboration, creativity, and professionalism
    - Develop and strengthen staff capabilities to prepare the organization for innovation
    6. Supervise, monitor, and report results
    - Monitor progress of key projects across all departments
    - Prepare summary performance reports for the institute director and the foundation's board
    - Continuously evaluate management performance to refine strategies and action plans
    7. Prepare the annual budget and budget variance reports
    8. Responsible for audits by licensed auditors appointed by the foundation
    9. Responsible for internal audits conducted by the foundation
    10. Manage and administer assets
    11. Develop accounting and finance personnel

Qualifications

  • Requirement

    Required:
    - Master's degree or higher in Business Administration, Public Administration/Management, Economics, Industrial Management, or a related field.
    - 10+ years of senior management experience in a public organization or foundation, including oversight of personnel management, financial operations, and organizational strategic planning.
    - Experienced in negotiating and managing external partnerships and networks with government and private stakeholders.

    Advantages:
