  • Job Description

    - Responsible for leading the sales strategy and driving revenue growth in the company and needing to work closely with the sales and marketing team.
    - Manage the strategic leader with a deep understanding of the automotive market, strong team management skills, and the ability to forge and maintain key relationships with major accounts and coordinate with the domestic and overseas customers.
    - Responsible for meeting or exceeding the overall revenues/profitability objectives within the assigned product/market combination(s)
    - Design and implement strategic sales plans that align with the company’s objectives.
    - Develops and implements marketing/sales plans for customer growth and increased market share.
    - Presenting and reporting market analysis, operational plans, and performance results to senior management regularly to support informed business decision-making.

Qualifications

  • Requirement

    - Male/Female, Age 35-45 years old
    - Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business Administration or a related field
    - 10 years of experience within sales, marketing, business development, and commercial in the automotive business, at least 2-3 years at the management level.
    - Must have experience in the automotive business with a plastic injection and paint product and understand the engineering DWG.
    - Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable strategies.
    - Good at speaking in Japanese (N1,N2,N3) and English.
