    - Meet potential clients by growing, maintaining, leveraging the network
    - Sourcing new client's channel and key account
    - Provide End-End Services for Client in a timely manner while also managing
    - Coordinate and provide direction for customer service initiatives and work closely with operation team and customers to deliver a consistent and a high level of customer service.
    - Research and build relationships with new clients
    - Maintain and maximize the potential growth of existing key customers and respond to customer needs, enquiries and address their concerns.
    - Support Ad-Hoc as Special Business Development and Sales Strategy and company activities
    - Present new products and services and enhance existing relationships
    - Use knowledge of the market and competitors, identify and develop the company's unique selling propositions
    - Other any assessments both CEO, related executives, and Directly Superior

Qualifications

  • Requirement

    【Must】
    - Bachelor Degree/higher in any related field
    - Have experience over 3 years in Business Development to insurance companies
    - Strong existing relationships with non-life and Life clients
    - Flexible to changes and capable of turning around projects quickly
    - Very good in spoken and written English

    【Advantage】
    - Preferred over 3 years’ experience in any related Financial Brokers, life Insurance or other field
    - Good computer proficiency and excellent communication skills, ability to clearly communicate to top management
