[Job summary]- Empower clients to maximize the potential of Cloud platform through engaging training sessions and creative usage recommendations- Provide top-notch customer support in Thai and English across various channels (onsite meeting, online meeting, email, phone, LINE, etc)- Drive customer satisfaction and success through proactive follow-ups and consultations- Contribute to the continuous improvement of our support materials and product localization- Train users how to use the app & recommend usage ideas (Online & On-site)- Follow-up & provide consulting support to ensure successful usage- Continuously create & update support materials- Translation for any announcement, language in the app etc.

The primary objective is to cultivate and strengthen relationships with our members.
