[Job Responsibilities] - Manage the development of newly awarded business projects, covering all activities from order acquisition to the start of mass production and product supply- Serve as the primary liaison between automobile manufacturers' procurement departments and the company's manufacturing sites- Conduct price negotiations with customers and prepare detailed quotations- Coordinate prototype production and delivery schedules with internal teams and customers- Communicate and collaborate closely with headquarters and overseas affiliates to ensure project alignment- Develop mid-term sales plans and prepare annual sales budgets- Monitor project progress, identify risks, and ensure timely execution to meet customer requirements- Support internal cross-functional coordination among sales, engineering, production, and logistics teams[Working style]・Able to visit clients and return home directly depending on client meetings・wfo:wfh=6:4
