-Drive the growth of the Air Export business in terms of Sales, Gross Profit, and Volume.-Develop and generate new business from Shippers, Freight Forwarders, and Overseas Agents.-Manage and develop the Sales Pipeline, from target customers and opportunities through expected volume, gross profit, and deal closure.-Develop sales strategies, target customer segments, pricing strategies, and Strategic-Trade Lanes to generate consistent volume.-Build and maintain strong relationships with Airlines and Co-loaders.-Work closely with management to plan and define the short-term and long-term growth direction of the Air Export business.-Prepare Sales Performance Reports for management.
