工作内容
1. Procurement Strategy & Leadership: Develop and implement procurement strategies aligned with business objectives and global procurement direction.
2. Strategic Sourcing & Category Management: Lead sourcing across raw materials, food ingredients, packaging, indirect spend, logistics, equipment, and services.
3. Cost Optimization: Drive cost savings through strategic sourcing, competitive tendering, negotiations, supplier development, and cost analysis.
4. Supplier Management: Manage supplier relationships, performance reviews, and improvement plans to ensure quality, cost, delivery, and service targets.
5. Supply Continuity & Risk Management: Identify supply chain risks and develop mitigation plans and alternative sourcing strategies.
6. Food Safety & Quality Compliance: Ensure supplier qualification, traceability, and compliance with food safety, quality, regulatory, audit, and customer requirements.
7. Procurement Governance: Ensure compliance with procurement policies, tender procedures, contracts, ethical standards, and applicable laws.
8. Budgeting & Spend Management: Coordinate budgeting, demand forecasting, cost modelling, spend monitoring, and savings validation with relevant departments.
9. Procurement Analytics & Systems: Monitor procurement KPIs, spend analysis, supplier performance, sourcing pipelines, and S2P/ERP compliance.
10. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with Operations, R&D, QA/QC, Planning, Finance, Logistics, and Commercial teams to support business and operational needs.
11. Contract & Commercial Management: Lead negotiations and manage supplier contracts, pricing, payment terms, service levels, renewals, and compliance.
12. Team Leadership & Development: Lead and develop the Procurement team, set KPIs, strengthen sourcing and negotiation skills, and build a high-performing team.
资格
任职资格
• Bachelor’s degree or above in Supply Chain Management, Procurement, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum 10 years of progressive experience in procurement, strategic sourcing, category management, supply chain or related functions, preferably in a complex manufacturing environment.
• At least 5 years of leadership experience in procurement, including team management, category leadership procurement role.
• Experience in food manufacturing, FMCG, aviation catering, frozen foods is highly preferred.
• Strong knowledge and practical experience in strategic sourcing, category management, supplier relationship management, contract negotiation, cost optimization, spend analytics, supplier risk management, and procurement governance.
• Strong commercial and analytical capabilities, with experience in cost modelling, budgeting, savings validation and supplier performance management.
• Experience with ERP, S2P systems, and procurement reporting and analytics tools.
• Good understanding of supplier qualification, food safety and quality requirements, regulatory compliance and audit requirements within a manufacturing or food-related environment is an advantage.
• Strong leadership, stakeholder management, negotiation, problem-solving and communication skills with the ability to work effectively across multiple functions and with regional and global stakeholders.
• Strong command of English, both written and spoken.英文
