【Job Summary】
- Supervise and manage engineering operations in rubber production processes.
- Oversee material preparation, molding, curing/vulcanization, inspection, mold cleaning, and mold management.
- Plan and monitor production performance to achieve targets.
- Analyze and improve product defects, waste, quality, and production efficiency.
- Lead, supervise, and develop production team members.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports for management.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor.
资格
任职资格
[Must]
- Bachelor’s degree
- At least 10 years of experience in rubber manufacturing or resin manufacturing * automotive parts and small components
- At least 5 years of experience in supervisory roles in production
- Practical experience in molding, determining molding conditions, mold setup, etc.
- English: Conversational level
[Advantage]
- Japanese: N3 up
- Work experience at a Japanese company
- Experience analyzing and improving defects in rubber products
- Experience with 5S activities
- Knowledge of ISO/IATF standards英文
