• 工作内容

  1. Service Center Network Development & Management
  - Develop, select, and manage company’s authorized service center network.
  - Oversee the end-to-end service center operations, from product receiving, diagnosis, repair processes, spare parts management, quality control, and repair turnaround time through to product delivery to customers.
  - Coordinate directly with technical teams at partner service centers to maintain consistent repair quality and service standards.
  
  2. Dealer Relationship Management & Sales Support
  - Work closely with the Traditional Trade Sales Team to ensure service capabilities align with dealers’ requirements and sales targets.
  - Travel nationwide to visit dealers, build strong relationships, and maintain ongoing partnerships.
  - Negotiate service conditions and commercial agreements, and directly resolve issues with dealers and partner service centers.
  
  3. Internal Coordination
  - Serve as the key liaison between service centers, sales teams, and warehouse/logistics teams to ensure smooth service operations.
  - Regularly report progress, plans, and performance results directly to the business owner.
  
  4. Customer-Centric Service Standards
  - Drive a customer-centric service approach across the entire service center network to ensure service quality and turnaround time meet customer expectations.
  - Monitor key service performance indicators, including repair turnaround time, repair quality, and customer satisfaction, and drive continuous improvement.
