Position Overview:We are looking for an experienced Accounting professional to oversee financial reporting, management accounting, tax compliance, and team leadership. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Japanese manufacturing environments, excellent communication skills in English, and a solid understanding of Thai tax regulations, BOI, and FBL.Key Responsibilities:- Financial Closing & Operational Management- Review and verify financial closing numbers prepared by team members.- Manage accounting schedules and ensure timely and accurate closing processes.- Management Accounting & Financial Analysis- Conduct cash flow forecasting and manage profitability analysis by customer.- Coordinate and consolidate annual budgeting and forecasting processes.- External Stakeholder Management- Lead operational negotiations and coordination with external auditors, tax advisors, and financial institutions.
