• 工作内容

  Shop Sales (40%)
  - Promote sales by assisting Japanese customers in-store and via LINE, phone, and email
  - Utilize product knowledge to promote mobile services and provide customer support
  - Provide prompt and courteous service to all customers
  - Handle reception, returns, and customer service for a dry-cleaning service
  - Support marketing activities including promotions, social media, blogs, and YouTube content creation
  - Stay informed of store policies, procedures, and promotions
  - Advertising sales for the yearly magazine
  
  Corporate Sales (60%)
  - Work as a team with Thai sales staff to introduce and propose mobile services to Japanese companies in Thailand
  - Main customers are Japanese companies operating in Thailand (both existing and new clients)
  - Existing customer support & meetings: approx. 30%
  - New sales via referrals from partners & existing customers: approx. 20%
  - New business development: approx. 50%
  - Communication fee analysis & explain to customers (Bill Analysis)
  - Marketing, promotions, and sales expansion planning via Mail Magazine, Blog, Website and events
  - When visiting customers, company car is available
  - Technical support for mobile lines and devices (Training will be provided)
  - Project management from order to delivery to ensure smooth operations
  - Attend corporate sales event (1 or 2 times per year)
  - Coordinate and negotiate with corporate customers
  - Responsible for the sales team and continuously enhancing team performance
