• 工作内容

  1. Inspect and recommend that the employer complies with laws concerning occupational safety, health, and the working environment.
  2. Analyze work processes to identify hazards, including determining preventive measures or safe working procedures to propose to the employer.
  3. Assess occupational safety risks.
  4. Analyze and prepare project plans, incorporate recommendations from various departments, and propose occupational safety measures to the employer.
  5. Inspect and evaluate workplace operations to ensure compliance with occupational safety plans, projects, or measures.
  6. Advise employees to comply with safety regulations and manuals.
  7. Advise, coach, and train employees and contractors to ensure they work safely and in compliance with the law.
  8. Measure and evaluate the working environment, or operate in conjunction with agencies registered and certified by the Department of Labour Protection and Welfare.
  9. Propose recommendations to the employer to implement an occupational safety management system appropriate for the workplace and to continuously develop its effectiveness.
  10. Investigate and analyze the causes of occupational accidents and illnesses, report the findings, and propose recommendations to the employer to prevent recurrence.
  11. Compile statistics, analyze data, prepare reports, and make recommendations regarding accidents, illnesses, or nuisances resulting from employees' work.
  12. Perform other occupational safety tasks as assigned by the employer.
  13. Take responsibility for overseeing security work within the workplace, including renewing security service contracts and calculating remuneration for security guards (รปภ.).
  14. Take responsibility for overseeing the first-aid/nursing room, managing the stock of medicines and medical supplies, including renewing related service contracts.
  15. Perform other tasks as assigned.
