【Job Responsibility】1. Production Oversight & Supplier QualitySupplier Communication: Act as the primary technical contact for suppliers to ensure all parts are aligned with customer specification and Ishigaki’s global quality standards.On-site Inspection: Perform supervision and inspection of components at supplier factories or on-site. (Note: A valid driving license and car is required for this role).Project Monitoring: Oversee production timelines to ensure processes meet deadlines and quality standards.2. Quality DocumentationInspection & Test Plans (ITP): Create and maintain ITPs for each project, defining the specific hold points and inspection criteria for raw materials, fabrication, machining and painting.Dimensional Inspection: Perform and document precise measurements of machined components to ensure they meet the tolerances specified in the DWGWPS & PQR Management: Create and manage Welding Procedure Specifications (WPS) and Procedure Qualification Records (PQR) to ensure all welding activities meet international standards and Ishigaki’s global quality standards.Reporting: Accurately document all inspection results, non-conformance reports (NCR), and material certifications
